There are no weight restrictions, allowing pets of all sizes to call Collection Schertz Station home.
A one-time $400 pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent are required per pet. Residents may have up to two pets per household.
Yes. Collection Schertz Station welcomes service animals with proper documentation, in full compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
